HR Manager - Part Time

West Oxfordshire | £55,000 - £58,000 FTE + 10% Bonus

Manager to join their leadership team in a visible and influential role. This
is an opportunity to step beyond traditional HR management and be a trusted
adviser &mercial partner to operational leaders across a dynamic
business unit.

This is a
genuinely broad role where you'll have the autonomy to shape your agenda, build
strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to both strategic people
initiatives and day-to-day operational HR activity.
