HR Manager - Mexico: People & Compliance Leader

Scale AI is seeking an HR Manager in Mexico to own the employee lifecycle for field technicians and corporate staff in Mexico City. You will develop policies, partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor law to enhance the employee experience.

As the sole HR presence in Mexico, you’ll guide managers, manage workers’ compensation, support safety practices, and drive benefits and payroll coordination with Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal.
