Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and Psychology.
- Strong background in Human Resources with 2 years experience as HR Head.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and HR policies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the whole HR Operations from hiring, training, benefits and separation of employees.
- Ensuring all employees are compliant to the requirements to be submitted during pre-employment process.
- Assist concerns regarding timekeeping, attendance, compensation and benefits.
- Monitoring the compliance of branches for DOLE qualification.
- Other tasks assigned by the Management.
- Directly reporting to General Manager.
