Eastern Cape Service Team
Key Purpose:
To support line managers within the Eastern Cape Service Team in the delivery of all HR services, and to ensure alignment with and implementation of central Discovery People initiatives.
The successful applicant will report to the Regional General Manager of the Eastern Cape Service Team.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection
- Align and translate recruitment strategies and policies to meet business needs.
- Ensure talent acquisition processes attract and retain high-caliber candidates aligned with organisational goals.
2. Transformation and Employment Equity
- Drive and coordinate the implementation of the Employment Equity strategy.
