About our client: Our client is a Singapore-based design, architecture, and manufacturing company. About the role: Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, overseeing a small HR support team of three staff. This is a hands-on HR Manager role with end-to-end operational responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires a candidate who is strong in HR execution, operations, and payroll, rather than a purely strategic HR Business Partner profile.
