We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function as we continue to expand our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will lead the full spectrum of HR functions while partnering with management to build and scale our manufacturing workforce, support organisational growth, and drive the successful transition to our new manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and organisational growth.
