**Human Resources Leadership Partner - People Advisor**
**Hybrid - Charlotte, NC (2 days a week in office)**
**7-month W2 contract plus possible extensions**
The People Advisor provides advice and counsel to leaders on a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners closely with leaders to provide coaching in support of employees and advisors and driving the execution of HR programs and initiatives.
The People Advisor serves as a liaison between HR and the business area leaders to deliver on Human Capital strategies and solutions, including leadership development, succession planning, strategic staffing, compensation and organizational design as well as the delivery of HR practices, programs and policies.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
