In this full-time position, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to support the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:● Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand requirements of the role. (What is a good to have vs. must-have, etc.)
● Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter advanced search
● Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and culture fit
● Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, interviewing to offer management/negotiation and closing
