Job Description
Our client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a HR Generalist/Recruiter for their San Antonio, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and workforce analytics tools, including headcount, absenteeism, attrition, open positions, compliance metrics, and operational reporting. Partner with leadership to modify reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on changing business needs and organizational priorities.
+ Serve as the primary HR support resource for employees and supervisors by responding to HR inquiries, supporting employee relations concerns, managing the STXHR mailbox, and providing day-to-day operational HR support.
+ Support plant operations across both 1st and 2nd shifts, including providing onsite HR support during shift launch activities, employee onboarding, and workforce engagement initiatives to ensure consistent HR coverage across production operations.
