Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Run daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and leave administration
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions in collaboration with department managers
  • Conduct background checks and employment eligibility verifications
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance
  • Review, track, and document compliance with required training, certifications, and continuing education
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and supervisors
