Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit procedures, and final payments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and external agencies on staffing needs.
  • Maintain HR records, organisation charts, and HRIS updates.
  • Administer work passes (applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance matters).
  • Monitor attendance and leave records for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations and resignation acknowledgements.
  • Assist with employee benefits, insurance, and HR administrative support.
  • Support employee relations matters, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
