Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The HR Support Center Generalist will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. They will take calls and tickets from candidates, current and former outfitters, field HR staff, and HR business partners. They will assess needs and provide outfitters and managers with solutions to any concerns and answers to questions. This position manages HR processes and compliance, serves as a subject matter expert and drives employer relationships internally and externally.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Administers guidance on HR programs and answers questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
+ Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
