This role will support a variety of human resources functions and serve as a resource for employees and leadership. Job Duties
+ Support employee relations activities and respond to employee questions.
+ Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
+ Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation.
+ Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
+ Support recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
+ Partner with managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee needs.
