Job Description
Lincoln Tech is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver a seamless, high-quality employee experience while supporting the administration and continuous improvement of our HR programs and operations. You'll serve as a key connector across our HR function, providing consultative and operational support to employees and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position in Parsippany, NJ.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
+ 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or geographically dispersed organization
+ Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
+ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment laws
+ Proficiency with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ADP Enterprise V6 preferred
+ Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
