HR Generalist (Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR
operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong
hands-on experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, payroll
processing, and sound knowledge of Indian labour laws. This role requires a
proactive HR professional who can independently handle people operations and
ensure compliance while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

●        Manage complete HR operations lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations,
engagement, and exit formalities

●        Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture

●        Handle employee grievances , conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a timely
and professional manner
