Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting employees and hiring managers.


Responsibilities

+ Manage employee relations matters, including coaching managers, resolving workplace concerns, and conducting investigations.

+ Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.

+ Partner with leadership to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.

+ Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.

+ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
