Job Description
· Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, joining, and onboarding for blue-collar, grey-collar, and staff positions.
· Take ownership of bulk hiring and closure of operational and factory-related requirements within timelines.
· Manage attendance, leave records, shift coordination, and employee movement tracking for approximately 200+ employees.
· Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower planning and workforce allocation.
· Maintain employee records, joining documentation, HR databases, and compliance-related files.
· Support employee lifecycle activities including induction, confirmation, transfers, grievances, and exit formalities.
