HR Generalist I
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Provide HR Generalist support to a group of Managers and Directors, including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, policies and procedures, compensation and performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.
- Providing support to managers or employees in matters relating to HR policies and practices.
Participate in various HR performance management processes including performance reviews, annual goal setting, and compensation reviews.
- Act as a liaison to HR Shared Services Center on a variety of situations including leaves, payroll changes, and benefits.
- Leading the company efforts to comply with NOM 035 Requirements: Identify psychosocial risk factors through conducting 2 surveys - every 2 years; Analyze results and implement measures to correct and prevent psychosocial risk factors...
