Job Responsibilities: Handling end-to-end payroll processing (attendance, salary calculation, statutory compliance). Managing employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinating with accounts for salary disbursement.
Driving employee engagement activities and staff welfare initiatives. Addressing employee queries related to HR policies and payroll. Key Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as HR Generalist in hotel/hospitality industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and basic labour laws.
Good communication and coordination skills.
