HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Compliance (Onsite)

TaskUs in Antipolo, Philippines, is seeking an HR Generalist responsible for employee relations, labor compliance, and providing general HR support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, preferably within BPO, and a strong background in employee/labor relations.

As an HR Generalist, you will manage employee grievances, conduct investigations, and facilitate focus group discussions while working on site during a night shift/rotating schedule.
