Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to build and lead core human resources operations for a growing organization in Dickinson, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can create structure, guide managers and employees, and strengthen day-to-day HR practices. The role will support key areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, onboarding, payroll coordination, and confidential record management while helping establish a dependable HR foundation.
