Job Title: HR Generalist / 3rd Shift

Responsibilities
+ Administer the company approved new hire orientation program, ensuring effective and timely onboarding of new associates.
+ Establish and foster working relationships with management and associates to promote a cooperative work environment.
+ Participate in the resolution of workplace conflicts, coaching and counseling supervisors on improving absenteeism, turnover, and plant efficiencies.
+ Ensure consistent policy application in resolving issues; provide training on policies and procedures to supervisory personnel.
+ Schedule, facilitate, audit, and identify new methods to enhance new hire orientation processes.
