Responsibilities
- Contributes with managers on HR strategies and actions such as identifying current and future talent needs, recruiting methodologies to find diverse talent, and talent development.
- Advise site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes that support business goals such as employee engagement, workforce planning, data trends and potential actions, employee policies, and program matters.
- Assess management capabilities and business development opportunities.
- Provide feedback and mentor managers.
- Guides Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities with heads and employees, creating a safe environment that upholds diversity.
