HR & Finance Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized and people-oriented HR & Finance Supervisor to oversee both human resources and financial operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement
Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance evaluation systems
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Monitor daily and monthly financial transactions, expenses, and budgets
Reconcile PMS and POS reports with accounting records to ensure accuracy
