The job holder provides local expertise in their specific field of expertise in which they are familiar both with MaterialScience New standard relevant HR processes and the local needs, demands and specificities.
1.Support the implementation and application of agreed upon HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout the local legal entity or at the specific site organization and strive for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind.
2.Support the local roll out of strategies, policies and standards as defined by the Center of Expertise and the relevant GPO.
3.Monitor and report local performance and spending.
4.Supports labour law/litigation in close collaboration with the Head of HR for the country/country group and Law and Patents ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company rules.<...
