HR Executive (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Administration) Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring. Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate records. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave, onboarding, and exit formalities. Assist in payroll inputs, performance management, and HR MIS. Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. Employee Engagement Organize employee engagement activities, training, and wellness initiatives. Support a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (CA firm experience preferred).
