Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Attendance management and HRMS handling
- Employee records and HR documentation
- Policy implementation and HR coordination
- Employee engagement and administrative support
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with HRMS tools, preferably FlowHCM
- Prior experience in an IT or software company will be a plus
