Job Description
PakWheels is seeking HR Executive who will be responsible for managing all aspects HRoperations. This highly visible position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, as well as with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee data accurately.
- Support performance management and review cycle activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Assist in training coordination and learning & development activities.
- Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, confirmations, and policy-related documentation.
- Coordinate with departments regarding employee concerns and HR operations.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational data with strong attention to detail.
