HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit skilled workers, engineers, project managers, and other construction-related roles.
   Partner with site managers to understand workforce needs and plan manpower accordingly.
   Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper induction into construction operations and safety practices.
   
2. Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
   Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and promoting open communication.
   Conduct regular site visits to engage with employees and address any site-specific issues.
   
3. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
