ð Key Responsibilities
â Analyse attendance, absenteeism and workforce productivity data.â Develop reports, dashboards and HR metrics for management.
â Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
â Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and databases.
â Partner with HR and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights.
ð Requirements
â Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Information Technology.â Minimum 3 years' experience in HR data analysis, reporting and data visualisation.
â Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
â Knowledge of labour legislation and compliance reporting.
â Advantageous
â Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or highly regulated environment.â SQL and/or Python experience.
