Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support payroll and human resources operations for a Long-term Contract position based in Newark, New Jersey. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work closely with employees and internal teams while helping maintain accurate records, timely payroll processing, and smooth onboarding activities. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment with sensitive information, and hands-on experience using HR systems and Excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Review bi-weekly payroll information in ADP Workforce Now to help ensure pay data is complete, accurate, and processed on time.
• Enter and maintain employee records, including hires, status updates, separations, benefit-related deductions, and paid time off changes.
