Seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced hospital environment. This individual will assist with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS maintenance, recruitment coordination, and personnel administration while delivering exceptional service to employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate all aspects of the new hire process, including onboarding, orientation, background checks, and pre-employment documentation.

+ Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with federal, state, hospital, and accreditation requirements.

+ Process employee status changes, new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations within the HRIS.

+ Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
