HR Coordinator | Data-Driven People Ops

Mitsubishi Chemical Methacrylates Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring for an HR Generalist role focused on recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR operations, and learning & development. The position requires handling employee records, coordinating health checks, and supporting ad-hoc HR projects.

You will utilize HRIS systems (Workday & HRiQ), analyze HR data, and assist with training logistics and documentation. This role involves on-site work with travel to Jurong Island as needed.
