Job Description
We are looking for an HR Compliance Specialist with hands-on experience in ESI, EPF, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to statutory compliance, employee benefits administration, and coordination with government authorities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end statutory compliance related to ESI, EPF, LWF, Employee Compensation, and Group Personal Accident (GPA) Insurance.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, contribution deposits, and compliance with applicable labour laws.
Validate ESI and PF wage calculations in coordination with the payroll team.
Handle employee statutory benefits, including ESI claims (sickness, maternity, disablement, dependent benefits), PF-related processes, and other compliance-related activities.
Liaise with ESIC offices, EPFO authorities, hospitals, and insurance partners for smooth claim processing and issue resolution.
