Job Description
**Job Summary**
The Site HR Business Partner will partner closely with the site leadership to develop and implement HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development and employee engagement.
This individual will also contribute to HR strategy and policy, manage HR programs to enable the company to attract, develop and retain high-caliber employees, and serve as an internal partner to line managers on HR issues.
