As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic consultant to our leadership team. Unlike a generalist who handles daily admin, you sit at the decision-making table for specific departments. Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with department heads to understand their business challenges and design HR initiatives (like restructuring or specialized hiring) to solve them.
- Talent & Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted mediator for complex workplace issues. You’ll conduct investigations, provide coaching to managers on tough conversations, and ensure a fair, inclusive environment.
