Job Description
Demelza are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner (Change) on a temporary contract of up to 12 months.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning and delivery of organisational change programmes, with a particular focus on restructures and wider transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with managers of all levels, to provide expert HR advice, manage risk, ensure legal compliance and support positive employee experiences throughout periods of change.
Key Responsibilities
•Support organisational change projects, including restructures and redundancy consultations.
•Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations and consultation processes.
•Develop business cases, consultation documentation, communications and guidance materials.
