Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR functions and act as a strategic partner to business leaders. The role involves driving HR initiatives across talent acquisition, operations, employee engagement and performance management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Talent Acquisition (TA) Management
• Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team and hiring strategy
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to mid-senior roles)
• Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and budgets
Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding
