HR Business Partner - IR & Operations (Manufacturing)

Pakistan Tobacco Company, part of BAT, has an exciting opportunity for a Junior HRBP (IR & Ops) in Jhelum, Pakistan. This role focuses on talent management, employee relations, and HR data stewardship to support manufacturing operations.

You will roll out engagement surveys, partner with plant leaders to drive HR initiatives, maintain records in SuccessFactors, and assist the Industrial Relations Manager with labour-law compliance.
