Your Day At Studer Cables

• Professional support for recruitment efforts and active involvement in shaping the recruitment process with the goal of creating an optimal “candidate experience”
• Advice and support for executives on all leadership and HR matters
• Support and guidance for employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle
• Responsibility for the apprenticeship program
• Responsibility for and involvement in HR projects

You Are

• Completed professional training in HR (e.g., HR certification or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial setting (shift work)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong consulting expertise and the ability to act as a sparring partner on equal footing, combined with poise and a high level of professionalism in challenging situations
