The Englehart facility is a critical site in GP’s Building Products business and produces OSB used for floor, wall, and roof sheathing in residential and light commercial construction.

Our Team

As a key member of our HR team, you will work onsite at the manufacturing facility, collaborating with Payroll and Office Administration and reporting directly to the Manager – HR Business Partner. You will support employees across Canada with a primary focus on the Englehart site, driving employee engagement, recognition, and shaping workplace culture.
