Job Description

The Workforce Management Associate is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters. The HR Business Partnership Model works in conjunction with Communities of Expertise (CoE's), including specialized HR services, Finance, Quality, Safety and Strategy, and other supportive services. The WFM Associate is responsible for managing their business units time and attendance, on-boarding, off-boarding, and ensuring the units staff needs are met. They will also assist with HR processes such as attendance meetings, investigation support, and other HR processes as required.
