Job Qualification

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in HRDM or other related courses


• Preferably at least one year of working experience in the related field


• Has background on full-cycle Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning/Development programs, and basic HR


• Develop, recommend, and administer programs for the attainment of the company's objectives
