Position Overview

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with various departments. The role will also handle employee orientation, preparation of employment-related documents, government compliance requirements, maintenance of accurate HR records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes by posting job vacancies on SAP and other recruitment platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements by maintaining a 30-day time-to-fill for Rank-and-File and for the Supervisory roles.
