Job Description
This is a Temp 1-year key role where you will have to support delivering HR business advisory services to enable Rotork to achieve the wider Growth+ strategy. As HR Assistant you will support the delivery of HR services within their regionals, contributing to the implementation of HR initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role focuses on operational HR administration tasks across the employee lifecycle and provides support to the HR Delivery team and business stakeholders.
Reporting to the HR Delivery Lead, in this role you will be involved with employee relations cases. You will be the first point of contact for our employees for receiving HR-related enquiries on policies and procedures. Provide a range of HR administration activities related to changes within the employee life cycle e.g. payroll, issuing terms and conditions of employment, changes to terms and conditions, producing notes of hearing and preparing letters...
