Job Description
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for processing payroll.
- You handle social insurance declarations.
- You manage the administrative processes for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- You maintain and manage our personnel databases.
- You provide administrative support for various processes (e.g., annual qualifications/annual appraisals).
- You assist HR Business Partners with administrative tasks and the preparation of statistics.
- You monitor KPIs and maintain tracking reports.
- You contribute to the smooth operation and quality of HR services (including participation in SOX audits).
Requirements
- You hold a Federal VET Certificate (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification; a certificate as an HR management assistant is an asset.
- You have a minimum of 2–3 years' professional experience in payroll administration.
