Dayton area company is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant for a 4-month contract assignment to support daily human resources operations, employee onboarding, records management, and administrative HR functions. Based on general knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Based on general knowledge.
+ Maintain and update employee files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality. Based on general knowledge.
