General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
Being in charge of compensation and benefit, monthly payroll for all employees.Being in charge of all HR reports and data analysis.Coordinating with suppliers to manage outsourcing employees.Providing Finance & Accounting Department with HR-related data to facilitate statistical reports to authorities.Maintaining regular personnel management, like contracts, attendance, HR forms and patterns, and knowledge to support the process.Ensuring the accuracy of HR info in the system. Bachelor or above degree.Thai Nationality.2 years of experience in C&B, payroll, welfare & benefits, personnel mgmt, HRIS or accounting.Chinese Mandarin (HSK 5 Above) and English as a working language....
