Job Description

We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to provide in-office support during a coverage period from May 28 - June 5th. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience or for someone who already has experience in an HR Assistant or recruitment support role.
This role will include paid training days to ensure a smooth handoff before coverage begins.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, fully in office in Edmonton.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including posting roles and screening candidates through Indeed
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants
  • Assisting with onboarding administration
  • Entering employee information into the UKG payroll system
  • Supporting benefit enrolment administration and HR data entry
  • Preparing employment offer letters and related documents
  • Providing general HR and administrative support as needed
