Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide bi-weekly payroll support (audit timesheets & absence requests), including completion and submission of payroll related documents (spot bonus forms, P-Pay submissions), ensuring schedules are current.
- Provide support to external KGS Benefits and Payroll team.
- Educate and assist mill employees in benefits and pension enrollment.
- Submit KGS Benefits documentation and follow‑up as required.
- Adding and updating employee information in our HRIS system(s).
- Create reports from Payroll, HRIS, myHR and Genetec security systems.
- Administrator of mill uniforms.
- Administrator of mill printers and photocopiers.
- Administrator of new hire onboarding process, schedules, and training.
- Create monthly Union dues report, ensure accuracy and submit for payment.
- Update mill employees’ emergency contact information in all systems.
