Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide bi-weekly payroll support (audit timesheets & absence requests), including completion and submission of payroll related documents (spot bonus forms, P-Pay submissions), ensuring schedules are current.
  • Provide support to external KGS Benefits and Payroll team.
  • Educate and assist mill employees in benefits and pension enrollment.
  • Submit KGS Benefits documentation and follow‑up as required.
  • Adding and updating employee information in our HRIS system(s).
  • Create reports from Payroll, HRIS, myHR and Genetec security systems.
  • Administrator of mill uniforms.
  • Administrator of mill printers and photocopiers.
  • Administrator of new hire onboarding process, schedules, and training.
  • Create monthly Union dues report, ensure accuracy and submit for payment.
  • Update mill employees’ emergency contact information in all systems.
